How to do the Raindance AI trend
Four steps, and only the first one needs you. The stopwatch under them is our own timing, not a promise.
Step 1: Add two photos, the singer first
Photo 1 is the person who sings. Photo 2 is their partner: a friend, a date or your dog. One face per photo, looking at the camera.
Step 2: Add names if you like
Open the song box and type something like “Mia and Leo, our first summer”. Leave it closed and we write a song from the photos alone.
Step 3: Make it and download
The three lines of lyrics show up first, then the video. You can close the tab; we’ll email you when it’s ready.
Step 4: Post it with the sound
In TikTok or Reels, tap Add sound, pick the official track and turn the original sound down. This is the step that makes it a Raindance AI trend post.
Our stopwatch. Timed on the video model, from starting the task to the finished video: our five test videos at 15 seconds, 720p and 4:3 took 4 min 39 s to 5 min 49 s.

Inside a Raindance AI trend clip: seven shots
Wide on the pier
The partner sits on the edge while the singer waits at the far end.
Singing to the water
Chest-up, with nothing but open water behind.
Close on the sand
The two lean together in warm side light.
A point, then a close-up
Two shots: a reach toward the lens, then fingertips near the lips.
The long pier
A straight-down-the-pier wide shot of the two at the end.
Dusk
The light drops, the singer hugs their arms and it fades out.
Every clip follows one short scene: a weathered wooden pier, flat grey-blue water and soft light with no sun in frame. One person sings, the other sits on the edge and listens. We built every Raindance AI trend clip around that shot list, at 15 seconds and 4:3.
It isn’t a copy of the music video. Your faces, your clothes and your song replace everything in it, and there’s no rain, because the scene people recreate has none.
Three lines written for the two of you

Topic: “a quiet afternoon by the water with someone you love”
Lyrics of Raindance Pier Song for a Couple
- Stay a little longer by the sea.
- Every little wave brings you to me.
- Hold me by the water, never let me go.
The song is ours, not the one you hear on TikTok. Before writing, the AI looks at both photos, so a golden retriever gets a best-friend song and a couple gets a love song. Put first names in the song box and they turn up in the lines.
Each line stays under ten words, slow enough for the singer’s mouth to keep up. The partner never sings. That’s the same in every Raindance AI trend video we make, pets included.
Want the trend’s real sound on top? Add it in the app when you post and keep our audio low. The mouths follow our melody, so a quiet mix looks best.

Raindance AI trend FAQ
What is the Raindance AI trend?
A TikTok and Reels format from autumn 2026: two people, or a person and a pet, recast into a short music-video scene on a lagoon pier, one of them singing softly to the camera. Most posts run the official sound over the clip.
How do I do the Raindance AI trend?
Add a photo of the singer, then one of their partner, and press make. The 15-second clip is ready in about 5 minutes. Add the sound in TikTok or Instagram when you post.
Does the video include the original song?
No. It comes with its own slow song and the sound of water. To match the trend, pick the official track from the app’s sound library when you post and lower the original audio.
Which song is the trend named after?
“Raindance” by Dave featuring Tems, released in October 2025. We aren’t connected to the song, the artists or their label, and we never copy their faces or voices.
Can my dog or cat be the partner?
Yes. Put the person who sings in photo 1 and the pet in photo 2. The pet stays a real animal: it sits on the pier, curls up on the sand and gets a hug at the end. It never sings.
How long is it and what does it cost?
Fifteen seconds in 4:3. At the default quality it’s 13 credits, or $7.99 as a single video. A failed render returns its credits on its own.
Do I need an app or a prompt?
No. The Raindance AI trend maker runs in the browser on your phone or computer. The pier, the light and the seven shots are already written; you add photos and, if you want, names.
Can I post it on TikTok or Reels?
Yes. It downloads as a 4:3 MP4 with no on-screen text. Upload it, tap Add sound and choose the track you want under it.
Your turn on the pier
Two photos and one tap, and your Raindance AI trend clip is on its way.
