How long we keep your photos and videos

Photos you upload are kept in private storage that is never made public, and they are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. To make your video, we send your photos and your topic to the third-party AI providers that write the lyrics and render the video. Your previews and finished videos are stored privately in your account, where only you can view them (our team accesses them only when needed for support or to enforce these terms), until you delete your account. Deleting your account deletes your photos and videos. To stop the free preview from being claimed over and over, we keep a small record that a free preview was used: the ID of the Google account it was claimed with, a one-way hash of the IP address, and the date. This record contains no photos, videos or lyrics, and we keep it even after an account is deleted, only to enforce the one-preview-per-person limit.

Analytics

We measure visits with a self-hosted, cookieless Plausible Analytics instance and with Google Analytics, which may set cookies once you interact with the page. We record where your first visit came from (for example a search engine or an AI assistant) to understand which channels work; we store a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself.
