Refund Policy

How AI Rap Duo handles failed renders, the free preview, single-video purchases, credit packs and refunds

1. The short version

A render that fails is never charged: its credits go back to your balance automatically. Some new visitors can get a free preview of their first video. Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; credits that were used to make a video cannot.

2. What you can buy

AI Rap Duo sells one-time purchases only. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews.

  • A single video: you pay once for the video you set up, and the credits it needs are added to your balance and used to render it right away.
  • Credit packs: a block of credits you can spend on any videos later.

What a video costs in credits depends on the model, resolution and length you choose before rendering. Current prices are on the pricing page. Credits never expire.

3. Failed renders

If a render fails for any reason, including an error, a timeout or our safety filter stopping it, you are not charged: the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us. A render that finishes successfully but that you don't like is not a failed render.

4. Free preview (where offered)

We offer a free preview to some new visitors, at our discretion (for example, depending on how they found us). It requires signing in with Google, is limited to one per person, and is limited per network and per day. It may change or end at any time. Where it is offered, you can render a short, low-resolution preview (about 5 seconds) without paying. Unlocking it renders the full video with the settings you chose and costs its credits; if you don't unlock it, you pay nothing.

5. Refunds on single-video purchases

  • If the video you paid for fails to render, its credits come back automatically. If you would rather have your money back, ask within 7 days of the purchase and we will refund the payment, as long as those credits have not been used for another video.
  • Once the full video has been delivered, the purchase is final.

6. Refunds on credit packs

  • A pack whose credits are all unused can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
  • A partly used pack can be refunded within the same 7 days for its unused credits, valued at that pack's price per credit.
  • After 7 days, or for credits already used to make a video, purchases are final.

7. Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, email us within 30 days with your receipt and we will correct it.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually sort it out quickly. Disputing charges for credits you have already used may lead to your account being suspended.

9. How to ask for a refund

Email support@airapduo.io from the address on your account, with your receipt number and the reason. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights that consumer law gives you in your country.
